N96 Time to boot up to usable device - 2:09

One of the potential issues with smartphones is the boot time. On the surface the N96 isn't too bad, but in reality it's worse than it looks.

Why?
20s - get the NOKIA Logo
55s - get the initial desktop
2m09s - true usable state.

By usable my test was simply being able to consistently move the selected icon on the standby screen without undue delay.

This is too slow. Ok, this isn't a freshly installed system, but in theory no apps are set to autostart. Given the way S60 handles autostart there may well be stubs starting, but since the user cannot control that IMO the end number is fair.

It's too long. We should be targetting 30s.
